REFUND POLICY

BISAEK Archive offers digital publications and other digitally delivered products. No physical goods are shipped.

Digital Products

Because our digital products are made available for download or access after purchase, purchases are generally final once digital access has been provided.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for digital products simply because a customer changes their mind after access or download has been provided.

However, nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Technical Problems or Defective Files

If you are unable to access your purchased files, receive an incorrect file, or receive a file that is materially defective, please contact us at hello@houseofbisaek.com.

We will first make reasonable efforts to provide access to the correct, functional digital product. If we are unable to resolve the problem, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other remedy as appropriate and as required by applicable law.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us promptly at hello@houseofbisaek.com. We will review the transaction and, where appropriate, refund the duplicate purchase.

Statutory Cancellation and Consumer Rights

Customers in certain jurisdictions may have statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights relating to digital content.
